A: We offer from three to twelve month terms. We also offer day and weekly rates for guest offices and conference rooms.

A: Certainly. We offer weekly and daily office rentals which include a private office/meeting room with telephone lines, Metro E connection, print station access, as well as support services.
Q: What is our price range for full time office space?
A: LOIBC offers full time executive offices starting at $700/month.
Q: What is a Virtual Office Plan?
A: The Virtual Office Plan is designed for the executive who needs a professional image without a full-time office. You have access to meeting and conference rooms, a professional business address, personalized telephone answering and all of the services that LOIBC has to offer.
Q: How much does a Virtual Office Plan cost?
A: The Virtual Office Plan starts as low as $90 per month and gives you access to our services at an in-house charge rate.

Q: Are your meeting rooms fully equipped?
A: Yes, our conference and meetings rooms have Metro E connections, speaker phones with conference calling capabilities, white boards and LCD projectors available. We also have full service video conferencing.
Q: As a client of LOIBC’s, what amenities can I offer my employees?
A: Your employees will have full access to our beautifully appointed lobby area, common areas, conference/meeting rooms and cyber café lounge.
Q: When I sign up with LOIBC, what do I bring with me?
A: Just your briefcase! We have custom made office furniture, lighting, artwork, window treatments, telecom equipment- everything an office should need. We can even have your phones up and running that same day!
Q: How does mail management work?
A: Mail forwarding is simple to set-up and provides you with the level of service that suits most. All mail received at your virtual office address can either be held at the center for you to collect, or it can be forwarded to an address of your choice, by first class USPS mail or courier services. Additional fees may apply for courier service or more frequent deliveries.
Q: What services can a Virtual Office provide my business?
A: The service provided includes standard secretarial duties, typing, photocopying, as well as call answering, message handling and mail management.
